Totally Theatre may investigate the claim and take appropriate action, in its sole discretion.

With the exception of User Submissions, all other content on the Website including, without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos and interactive features on the Website (the "Totally Theatre Content") is either owned by or licensed to Totally Theatre, and is subject to copyright, trade mark rights, and other intellectual property rights of Totally Theatre or Totally Theatre‘s licensors. Any third party trade or service marks present on the Totally Theatre Content are trade or service marks of their respective owners.
Totally Theatre Content may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of Totally Theatre, or Totally Theatre's licensors. Totally Theatre reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Totally Theatre Content.

The Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. Totally Theatre has no control over these sites or the content within them. Totally Theatre cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. Totally Theatre does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Totally Theatre for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. Membership Rules and Guidelines
Registration
When registering to become a Totally Theatre member, you will be required to provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself, and to update this information when it changes. If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Totally Theatre suspects that your information is untrue or inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Totally Theatre may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your membership and refuse current or future access to the Service. Any personal information supplied hereunder will be subject to the terms of our privacy policy. Members under the age of 18 must have parental consent before joining Totally Theatre.
Passwords
Totally Theatre will ask you to provide a password that allows you to access the membership part of the Service. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and your account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree that you will immediately notify Totally Theatre of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security, and that you will log off of the Service at the end of each session to prevent fraud on your account by third parties.
General
Totally Theatre may choose to send you e-mail newsletters on a variety of topics - for example, informing you of membership benefits and features, letting you know of problems with the site or with services offered by Totally Theatre, or presenting you with the opportunity to buy selected products and services. You may elect during registration not to receive these e-mail newsletters, and you may start or stop receiving such e-mail newsletters at any time by sending an e-mail to an address that shall be designated for that purpose. With your permission, Totally Theatre may send you e-mails on behalf of pre-screened third parties containing promotional offers or opportunities that we believe may be of interest to you. You may elect during registration to receive these e-mails, and you may start or stop receiving such e-mails at any time by sending an e-mail to an account that shall be designated for that purpose.
Complimentary Ticket Offer for New Members
i. The complimentary ticket cannot be exchanged or cancelled once purchased.
ii. At the time of claiming your complimentary ticket, you will be given the option of purchasing extra tickets for your chosen production where available. The extra tickets will be priced at the full rate determined by the chosen supplier. Only full priced tickets purchased at the time of claiming the complimentary ticket will guarantee adjacent seating. Two vouchers cannot be claimed at the same time.
iii. The complimentary ticket is offered for a selected number of shows and show times that are available at time of purchase. Tickets are subject to availability at the discretion of Totally Theatre, the chosen ticket supplier and the producers of the show. Standard availability of the complimentary ticket will be for Monday to Thursday excluding bank holidays and certain school holidays.
iv. The complimentary ticket is redeemable at any point during the year's membership.
v. If the complimentary ticket purchased through this site is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than this site, the event organiser / venue or one of their authorised sub-agents, the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
vi. The complimentary ticket purchased from this site by customers outside the UK will be available for collection from the event venue on the date of performance or upon arrival at the hotel. Tickets will only ever be posted to the registered billing address of the credit card holder in the UK.
vii. Your name and address will be held by this site. This information will not be divulged to, sold or shared with any other organisation. This site may, from time to time send you information by email or post which this site believes may be of interest to you. A copy of your personal data will also be held by Encore Tickets Ltd who are licensed solely to use your information for the processing of your booking and not for on-going marketing purposes.
viii. Disabled or concession bookings cannot be made via the internet and are subject to availability. To request accessible seating or wheelchair access, please call 020 7439 4000 so that we can endeavour to accommodate your needs. Only a limited number of disabled bookings are permitted for each performance due to health and safety, so it is important that we are aware of any special requests before the completion of the booking. Please note: only special needs bookings can be made on the phone number above.
Competitions
Rules specific to each competition are displayed in a notice on the page for such competition and are incorporated into the rules.
Totally Theatre reserves the right to cancel or amend a competition at any time.
Where a Competition is open to all age groups, Totally Theatre assumes that by using the website and entering the Competition (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over or, if you are under 18, that your parents have consented to your entry into the Competition and these Rules. If a Competition is only open to a certain age group (e.g. 18 and over), this will be set out in the Competition Notice and Totally Theatre assumes that by entering the Competition (and you warrant that) you are the appropriate age to enter the Competition).
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Totally Theatre reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
Competition prize dates are not fixed and are subject to change.
Totally Theatre cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
Termination
Totally Theatre may, in its sole discretion, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, or remove and discard any Communication transmitted by you, or information stored, sent, or received via the Service without prior notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to: (i) concurrent access of the Service with identical user identification numbers, (ii) permitting another person or entity to use your user identification number to access the Service, (iii) any other access or use of the Service except as expressly provided in this Agreement, (iv) any violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the rules and regulations relating to the use of, the software and/or data files contained in, or accessed through, the Service, (v) tampering with or alteration of any of the software and/or data files contained in, or accessed through, the Service, or (vi) failure to use the Service or portion thereof on a regular basis. Termination, suspension, or cancellation of this Agreement or your access rights shall not affect any right or relief to which Totally Theatre may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to you will automatically terminate and immediately revert to Totally Theatre and its licensors.
Modification
Totally Theatre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend this Agreement, and to modify, add or discontinue any aspect, content, or feature of the Service. Such amendments, modifications, additions or deletions shall become effective upon notice thereof, which may be provided to you by posting on the Service, via e-mail or any other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service by you shall constitute your binding acceptance of any such amendments, modifications, additions or deletions.
Conditions of Totally Theatre Blog
i. Opinions expressed on Totally Theatre Blogs are those of the respective contributing user only. These views do not represent those of Totally Theatre Ltd its management or employees. Totally Theatre Ltd is not responsible for and disclaims all liability for content and comments contributed to Totally Theatre Blogs by Totally Theatre users.
ii. Totally Theatre Blog users agree that comments and images posted on the Blog will not defame, compromise the trade secrets or violate the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Totally Theatre Ltd harmless from any claims, losses or liabilities based on a violation of the foregoing representation.
iii. By posting comments on Totally Theatre Blogs users agree to allow the content to be re-used or quoted by Totally Theatre Ltd without notification.
iv. Users sometimes include references to other websites beyond the control of Totally Theatre Ltd. As such Totally Theatre Ltd cannot be held responsible for the content of such websites.
v. We will delete advertising posts, the Blog is not as a means for advertisers to promote their websites or products. Totally Theatre editors will decide what is acceptable or not on a case by case basis.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Totally Theatre, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
