How do I become a member of TotallyTheatre.com?
To become a member click the Join button on the top left hand side of the screen. Click Join Now and choose who you are signing up for: yourself or for a friend. Once decided click continue, fill in your details as requested and once paid, you will become a TotallyTheatre.com member.
What tickets are available to me at time of becoming a member?
There will be a wide range of shows available. A selection will be written on the welcome email you receive when joining up. Each show is subject to availability and we cannot always offer your first choice due to this. For a full range please ask the call centre operator when calling to claim your voucher.
When I join, how to do I claim for my free ticket?
When you join, you will receive a welcome email that will have a unique voucher number. To claim your voucher email memberstickets@totallytheatre.com with your name, voucher number, preferred show with date and performance along with how many extra tickets you would like if any. To speak to us direct, please call 0845 468 0290; calls are charged at the local rate, mobile rates may vary.
I want to use my voucher but I don't like any of the shows you have on offer?
Not a problem. The voucher you receive is valid for the life of the 12 month membership. You can claim at any point during the year
Can I buy extra tickets for the performance I am claiming for?
Yes. When you call to claim your free ticket, you will have the opportunity to purchase extra seats adjacent to your free one. Purchasing at this time is the only way to guarantee sitting with a friend.
I have paid for membership but how do I access the member's area?
When you have signed up to membership, you will be automatically sent a welcome email with your username, password and unique voucher number for claiming your theatre ticket. Either log in via the top menu bar or, when clicking on any members only content, you will be automatically sent to the Sign In page.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password click here Enter your email address where your membership is registered to click submit to receive your password.
Can I buy membership for a friend?
Yes. Go to the Join page, click Join Now and you are given the option of joining for yourself or for a friend. Click for a friend and then continue. You will be asked to enter your details plus the friends first and surname that you are planning on giving this gift to. Once you have paid, you will be sent an email with a unique web link that you need to forward to your friend who will then be asked to complete the sign up process. Once they have completed entering their own details, they will be sent their welcome email with unique voucher number for the free ticket.
Can I buy membership but then give the complimentary theatre ticket away to a friend?
Unfortunately not, the member claiming their free ticket will need to be the person attending the performance. When claiming the free ticket, you will be given the option to purchase extra full priced tickets to accompany your free ticket.
I have become a member but do not want a free ticket
The free ticket is a membership benefit. You are entitled to not claim your ticket if you so wish.

How do I know my payment is secure?
We use one of the world's leading online payment systems, PayPal. With more than 164 million accounts worldwide PayPal is a multi award winning safe and secure way of transferring money across the internet and across the world.
How do I buy a theatre ticket for a show or venue I am looking for?
There are several easy ways to search for a show. On the left side of the screen you can use the category options and search by genre, or the search box. The genre categories are easy to use.
For Example: To search for Blood Brothers just click Musicals then B and you will see a list of everywhere Blood Brothers is on across the UK.
Click on your desired show to be taken to its ticket and information page. Once you have reached this page, click the buy ticket blue boxed option where you will be taken to the payment page.
The Search Box
You can enter show titles, venue names and town/city names in the search box. Type one or all of these into the search box. Once you have written your search words, click GO and a list of shows will be displayed. The most relevant search will be at the top and will be bolded out.
For Example: To search for Blood Brothers in Sheffield type; Blood Brothers Sheffield. Click on the results to be taken to the relevant ticket and information page. Once you have reached this page, click the buy ticket blue boxed option where you will be taken to the payment page.
You can search by your location, the show you want to see or by venue.
Is it secure when i purchase my tickets and are you an official supplier?
All tickets that you purchased will be from a reputable and established ticketing supplier we have carefully selected. Many are members of STAR. If you find you are having problems with any supplier please email us at help@totallytheatre.com describing the problem. Please write in the main body of the email your name, email address and contact details. We aim to get back to you within 24hours of your email being sent.

How do I change the size of the website to make the words bigger?
To make the size of the site bigger hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and then press the + button on your keyboard.
To make the size of the site smaller hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and then press the - button on your keyboard.
To get the website back to the normal size hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and then press zero on your keyboard.

Click here, enter your email address and confirm you no longer wish to subscribe to the free newsletter. You may rejoin at anytime.

As a member, sign in and go to the My Account page. Go to Edit Subscriptions where you can choose how you wish to be contacted by Totally Theatre.
